In 2023, Inspiring Girls USA embarked on a mission to further empower and inspire young women by partnering with BlackRock, a globally renowned asset manager, to offer specialized seminars on personal finance and financial literacy for young women aged 16-19. Since then, alongside the success of BlackRock partnerships and achievements in Europe and LATAM with other Inspiring Girls country teams, our USA team has made a lasting impact, reaching nearly 500 girls in Princeton, Atlanta, and New York City.

With three successful years of collaboration, we look forward to our fourth year of continuing to deliver these signature finance seminars. Our finance seminars transcend traditional education, aiming to elevate financial literacy and investing knowledge. These sessions not only provide valuable financial education but also serve as a unique platform for career exploration and the cultivation of invaluable connections. Teaming up with BlackRock, a company brimming with inspiring women role models who have achieved success in the financial industry, we have opened doors for these young women to engage with accomplished professionals who share their inspiring journeys and offer invaluable career advice. As we actively break stereotypes and champion diversity, Inspiring Girls USA remains steadfast in shaping an inclusive future for the next generation of women leaders.
