MISSION

Our mission is to raise girls’ aspirations by connecting them with women role models. We introduce girls to the full variety of careers and options in life, inspiring them to aim high.

VISION

Our vision is a world where all girls believe they can do whatever they want to do! Connecting girls to role models is the first step to break down gender stereotypes and open girls up to the various ways in which they can participate, influence, and contribute to their communities.

VALUES

Diversity and Inclusion: We value diverse opinions, skills, backgrounds, and lifestyles, and are committed to building an inclusive community where members feel recognized and empowered, and which sustains a sense of belonging.

Teamwork: We are nothing without each other. It is our mutual respect for one another that fosters friendship and loyalty and motivates us to aim higher.

Excellence: Girls, families, teachers, volunteers, local leaders, and donors rely on our services and expect the best from us, so we always strive for excellence and seek out ways to improve.

Accountability: We are accountable to the girls, families, teachers, volunteers, local leaders, board members, donors, and other partners that we support and receive support from. We are committed to monitor, evaluate, and report what we do regularly. This includes how we implement our values and monitor how Inspiring Girls USA’s partners uphold our values.
