Complete the Online Application Form on or before June 1, 2026, including uploading the following information:

  • A photo or headshot of just yourself

  • A short essay no longer than 1 (one) page with the following information:

    • My name is I am years old and I live in __

    • Finish the sentence: "Inspiring Girls is important to me because..."

    • Finish the sentence: "As an Inspiring Girls Young Ambassador my message to other girls is…"

  • The application must be completed by the applicant and a parent/guardian.

  • Additional attachments and requested materials can be uploaded to the online application form. However, if there are difficulties, please send materials to hello@inspiringgirlsusa.org directly.

Important Guidance:

  • You must be 12-16 years of age on or before September 1st, 2026 (i.e., 7th to 11 grade)

  • Rising seniors are ineligible to apply

  • You must be a citizen or resident of the USA

  • You must be committed to the Inspiring Girls USA mission and vision

Eligibility:

Commitment:

  • Becoming a Young Ambassador is a minimum 12-month commitment, but can be extended so long as you remain active and eligible. We will decide what activities to focus on together - your input matters! See ideas below.

  • We schedule network calls once a quarter to discuss goals, new ideas, meet role models, and more. New Young Ambassadors typically complete 2 to 3 activities in their first year.

Suggested Activities:

  • Organize a session with one of our Inspiring Girls USA role models at your school! We have hundreds of women in varying industries that you can connect with.

  • Interview a role model and write a blog post that we share on Inspiring Girls USA’s website.

  • Meet other Young Ambassadors and share thoughts and advice.

  • Participate in our events and activities. Perhaps you want to decide what role model we invite? Or be the moderator of the session and ask the role model all your questions?

  • Share your tips and advice for young girls that we can post on our social media.
